I’m a morning person because that’s when I feel most inspired to work on my posts and I enjoy having the news on in the background and drinking coffee before getting ready to go to work. Even on weekends I rarely sleep past 7am. The problem is, I have trouble staying awake until 10pm anymore 🙁 10PM is my new midnight – LOL! It has to be a trade-off though, because as you point out in item #1, sleep is SO important!
Great tips here. I am a bit of a morning person. I prefer getting up earlier then later. But my problem is chronic hormonally induced insomnia, not fun. My problem is not getting up lol. But getting to sleep. Just because I go to bed at 10 does not mean I fall asleep at 10
These are all great tips! I used to hate mornings, but have learned to become a morning person over time and prefer it so much. =)
I hope you have a fabulous week!
