Low blood pressure is as bad as high blood pressure and it is a condition when a person’s blood pressure is lower than it should be. The World Health Organization states that a person’s daily diet should consist of at least one tablespoon of salt. Even as you incorporate salt intake in your routine be sure not to overdo it so as to cause even more health issues for yourself.

Take in sufficient amounts of fluid – 
It is best to drink at least two or three liters of water on a daily basis. Ensure that you keep your body hydrated all through the day as this helps to keep raise the blood pressure.
